How long does it take for a product to be delivered?

- Made-to-Order/Custom Items: 3-4 weeks (handcrafting time) + delivery

I have a large order. Will it take the same amount of time?
Large orders may require1-2 extra daysfor processing. Custom items will follow the3-4 weektimeline. We’ll notify you if delays occur.
I ordered products with different shipping timelines together. When will I receive them?
Your order will ship inseparate packagesas items become ready. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
Why does my shipment status show as Return to Origin (RTO)?
- You were unavailable during delivery attempts.
- The address provided was insufficient.
- You were unreachable on the provided contact number.
- You refused the delivery If the products are returned to our warehouse in Jodhpur, the company will charge 2-way delivery fees and any additional handling charges for redelivery.

What if I’m not home when my package arrives?
Couriers will:
- Leave the package in a secure spot (if safe)
- Attempt redelivery the next day
- Hold at a local pickup point (you’ll receive a notification)
How do you pack items/products?
- Fragile Items: Wooden crates + foam padding
- Furniture: Reinforced cardboard + corner protectors + Wooden crates
